"21 years with this company and they’re trying to raise my monthly payment. With higher mileage and my vehicle being older also no speeding tickets or accidents my monthly payment should be lowered. Not only did two of the ladies that work in this office hang up on me they told me I would be receiving phone calls back that I never received."

These are the people that take the orders, these are the people who collect the money, these are the people who are on the frontline serving the most essential element of your business day in and day out.
